Its location is central, close to the cable car and the shuttle bus but still quiet with a magnificent view of the Rhône Valley. The beginner's luge and ski run is a short walk away. In summer the outdoor pool and tennis court are situated right in front of the apartment.

The penthouse apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, balconies at the front and back of the apartment as well as 3 parking spaces.

More details: Bedroom 1: 2 x bunk beds (90200) + 1 double bed (160200). Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160200). Bedroom 3: 1 king size bed (180200) with en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. Bathroom with bath and WC.

Equipment in the apartment: Cable TV and WIFI, DVD player.

Kitchen equipment: Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette / pancake party set, cheese fondue set.

Parking, garage and common area: In the building a room has been fitted out as a playroom for children. In the garage a washing machine and a dryer are available exclusively for the apartment (not shared with other accommodation). You have room to store ski boots and equipment. 1 parking space in the garage. 2 private outdoor parking spaces in front of the building.
