Included in price

Linen, sheets, Wi-Fi as well as end-of-stay cleaning and tourist taxes for the number of people indicated at the time of booking are included in our total price.A welcome kit awaits you to facilitate your arrival: it includes a bottle of wine, a few capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine, pods for the dishwasher, a shower gel per bathroom, toilet paper, household paper, a sponge and a kitchen towel.Beds are made by us before your arrival.A cot (60 x 120cm) and a high chair can be provided: only on request prior to your arrival. Sheets for the cot are not provided.

General remarks

Minimum 2 night rental.During the end of year and Carnival holidays, rental of 7 nights minimum starting on a Saturday or Sunday.If your need does not correspond to these conditions, do not hesitate to contact us.We inform you that noisy parties are prohibited.In the event of nuisance and complaints from neighbours, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises without refund.
